Why can't I use the PDF export feature when printing reports?

PDF export is not available in the single-user products. This is because Youmehub is built on the FileMaker database platform and currently FileMaker does not make available the PDF export feature in its single-user Runtime Engine.

This is why this feature has been disabled in the single-user product.

If you need to export invoices or other reports in PDF format their is a simple workaround which makes use of the Mac OS 'Save as PDF' feature.

1. In Youmehub select Print and then choose the report name and any other options.
2. Then click the Print button rather than PDF button.
3. You will see a preview of your report.
4. Press the enter key or click the continue button and you will then be presented with a print dialog window.
5. In the bottom left corner of the screen click the PDF button and select 'Save as PDF' (see attached screen image)
